First ever visit was such a great experience, thanks to Jori!! We absolutely adored her. She was so knowledgeable about her product. And as we asked more and more questions, she was soo good at giving us all the answers, all with a big smile. And didn’t make us feel like we were a burden. We appreciate you Jori!!

Hello, I stopped by their store during my break, as I also work in the same mall, and wanted to treat myself to some of their delicious chocolates. Even though the store was very busy, I was genuinely impressed by how kind and attentive their entire team was. I would especially like to thank Austin. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. His attitude and level of service truly stood out. I sincerely hope his efforts are recognized, and that he continues to grow within their company—he would be a great asset at the corporate level. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

I recently visited the Läderach store at South Coast Plaza and was very impressed by the professionalism and excellent service provided by Elena and Austin. Both employees were exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. They demonstrated great expertise in presenting the products and made the shopping experience enjoyable and welcoming. It was clear that they genuinely value their customers and take pride in representing the brand. However, I would like to bring to management’s attention that one of the employees, Jorge, could benefit from improving his attitude and approach toward customers. While every team has its off days, maintaining the same level of respect and courtesy as shown by Elena and Austin would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Overall, my visit was very positive thanks to the outstanding hospitality from Elena and Austin, and I look forward to returning again soon.

Bought four types of chocolate: raspberry, strawberry, corn flake, and hazelnut. The guy handling the chocolate has a lot of perfume on, and unfortunately the perfume oils got all over the chocolate. Now all I taste is his perfume instead of chocolate. Considering the price point, I would expect better care in handling the chocolate. Literally every single bite all I taste is his perfume instead of the chocolate. I can’t even wash it off because of how chocolate absorbs odors.

I’m blown away by the taste of this chocolate, and now I am spoiled forever! This chocolate is flown in from Switzerland weekly and they give free samples, everything I tasted was amazing. I ended up buying a palm size of the fresh hazelnut chocolate, their best seller and strawberry cream, and both are phenomenal. Costs about $7 for that size. Customer service was top notch, I will be back!
